If you need to return one or more products purchased on nuvocosmetic.com, please fill in (within 14 days of receiving your order) the return request form on this page.

Prepare and send the package, with the courier service of your choice, to the following address:

Caution: the products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging.
As a rule, the refund is made on the payment method used to complete the order.
